Phase One –File Input

Uploading of doctor’s dictations to our secure FTP server or thru our toll free number 1-866-403-5979 or via email. The uploaded voice files are monitored as to the exact number forwarded by the client, to the number of voice files received. The quality of the voice files are also noted, so as to ensure if such voice files are complete or not.

Phase Two - Transcription

Accessing and downloading of the recorded voice files and the actual transcription process


Phase Three – Quality Assurance

Proofreading and editing of the transcription to ensure 99.9% accuracy of the file.


Phase Four – File Delivery

Uploading of the transcribed document through a secured FTP server access
